Frequently asked questions

My calendar events or tasks are missing.

Check that WeekiScope has permission to access Calendars and Reminders in your device settings. Check the calendars and reminder lists selected in WeekiScope, then reopen the app. See whether the same items appear in Apple Calendar and Apple Reminders to help identify the cause.

My devices show different data.

Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple Account on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Events and tasks also depend on the account and sync settings in Apple Calendar and Reminders. Items stored only on one device may not appear on others. Open WeekiScope and check the network connection and sync status.

Will I be charged automatically after the trial?

No. The trial gives you access to all features for 30 days from the day you start it. To continue afterward, purchase a permanent unlock in the app. There are no automatic charges or recurring subscriptions. Check the price displayed on Apple’s purchase sheet before confirming.

How do I restore a purchase on another device?

Sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. In WeekiScope, select Restore Purchases on the access screen or in Settings. One permanent unlock works on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. If restoration fails, check your purchase account and internet connection.

Will my plans be deleted when the trial ends?

Trial expiry restricts access; it does not automatically delete your existing planning data. Events and reminders stored in Apple Calendar and Reminders remain manageable in those apps.

How do I fill the Class Timetable?

Choose the study-focused menu and register class events in the Study area. Open the timetable icon in the Study screen to see those classes in a weekly timetable. The timetable is populated from your scheduled class events.

How do the four habit and exercise levels work?

In the habit editor, choose repeat days and set targets for each level. For exercise records, select a measurement unit and enter a target for each level. Record your progress in the Habit screen to follow changes over time.

The weather or widgets are not updating.

Weather needs location permission and an internet connection. For stale widgets, open WeekiScope to load the latest data, then check the widget again. The operating system controls widget refresh timing, so changes may not appear immediately.

Does deleting a project also delete its events?

You can delete a project in its editor. This removes the project grouping and assignments while preserving the linked Apple Calendar events and reminders. Delete those items individually if you also want to remove them.
