Privacy Policy

1. Scope and contact

This policy covers the WeekiScope apps for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, this support website, and support emails. Send privacy questions or deletion requests to hyokun@icloud.com.

2. Information processed by the app

Calendar events and reminders

With your permission, WeekiScope reads and displays planning information from Apple Calendar and Reminders, such as titles, dates, times, and completion status. It adds, edits, completes, or deletes items in response to your actions. These records are managed in the operating system’s data stores and the accounts you configure.

Habits, exercise records, projects, and preferences

The app uses habits, exercise amounts, level targets and records, project structure, item assignments, and display or language settings to provide its features and calculate statistics. This information is stored on the device and may be stored in your iCloud to sync between devices using the same Apple Account when iCloud is available.

Location and weather

If you grant location permission, your current location is used to request local weather from Apple WeatherKit. Location coordinates are not stored on a developer-operated server. Weather symbols and temperature may be cached on the device. You can use features other than weather without granting location access.

Widget information

Display snapshots, including today’s item titles, times, completion status, and balance statistics, are stored in an on-device container shared by the app and its widgets. Widget snapshots may also be stored in your iCloud for synchronization and compatibility.

Trial and purchase information

Trial activation, permanent unlock purchases, and restoration use Apple’s in-app purchase system. The app uses verified transaction information provided by Apple, such as the product identifier, purchase date, and entitlement, to determine trial duration and purchase status. The developer does not receive your payment card number or Apple Account password through the app. Apple’s policies govern payment processing and its transaction record retention.

3. Support emails and this website

If you email us, we use your sender email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send to respond and investigate problems. This is separate from automatic collection of app planning data. Please do not include sensitive events, location details, passwords, or card information.

Support information is kept only as long as needed to resolve the issue and provide follow-up, and deleted when no longer needed. Information that must be retained by law may be kept to the extent and for the period required. You may request deletion by email.

This website has no advertising or behavioral analytics added by the developer, no account registration, and no support submission form. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and connection requests to deliver and secure the website, under their privacy policies.

4. Apple services and other providers

The app uses Apple’s Calendar and Reminders access features, iCloud, WeatherKit, and in-app purchases. Apple and any calendar or reminder account provider you select may process information needed to operate their services. The developer does not operate a feature for remotely viewing your private plans, and does not sell planning data or disclose it for advertising.

5. Advertising, analytics, and tracking

The WeekiScope app does not include third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral analytics SDKs, or advertising-related user tracking.

6. Permissions and deletion

You can change Calendar, Reminders, and location permissions in your device settings. Revoking access may limit the associated feature and does not automatically delete items already created.

Delete events and tasks in WeekiScope or in the Calendar or Reminders app where they are stored. Deletions of synced items may propagate to other connected devices. Deleting a project removes its structure and assignments while preserving the linked events and reminders.

App-owned habits, records, and projects may remain on your devices or in iCloud until you delete them or remove their stored data. Uninstalling WeekiScope does not automatically erase all data in Apple Calendar, Reminders, or iCloud. Contact us if you need help with removal.

Trial expiry does not automatically delete existing data. Apple’s policies govern its entitlement and transaction records.

7. Safeguards

The app relies on operating-system app storage, permissions, and Apple service protections. Access to information provided for support is limited to what is needed to respond. Review your device settings when using a shared device or displaying widgets to avoid exposing private plans to people nearby.

8. Policy changes

We update this page and its effective date when app features or information practices change. Important changes may also be communicated through an appropriate in-app notice when needed.
